Founder and Managing Director of Impact Associates Limited.
More than 25 years business knowledge and experience, most notably for the world’s largest insurance broker and a FTSE-100 Outsource Provider, where he was Head of Learning and Communication in the 600-strong Norwich office.
The all-rounder in the team: strong creator and deliverer of training, coaching and mentoring; accomplished writer (with three published books to his name), proven track record in project and change management and NEBOSH qualified for health and safety training and support.
Helen Wardale
Cut Helen up and the words ‘training and development’ would be writ large through the middle. Born to train, highly qualified and extensive business experience, particularly in the public sector.
Qualifications including a Degree, PGCE and a executive life coach. Holds an Advanced Diploma in Performance Coaching and is a qualified practitioner for the Facet5 Personality and Belbin profiling tools.
Naturally organised and meticulous, project management is Judith’s strong suit. She can get the best out of a team whilst juggling multiple responsibiities and deadlines.
She is a well travelled, customer focused business woman who has worked in the private sector in blue-chip corporates as well as SMEs.
Expert areas include negotiation and liaison, verbal and written presentations, client, customer and relationship management, time management and communication skills.
Michael Lucyshyn
Michael was born and educated in Austria and has international business experience. Business process improvement is Michael’s passion and he is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt who helps grow problem solving capabilities in organisations through tailored training to business need.
His training tends to be run in parallel with a project so that the theory can be put in practice immediately. Content can be chosen and put together in a modular way – either as structured Six Sigma GreenBelt and BlackBelt training packages or bespoke to the customer’s specific needs.
Six Sigma is a niche, specialist area, but Michael’s results suggest that he tends to have a significant and positive impact on the organisations that he works with.
Paula Carter
Paula is another with rich business experience, much of it in senior management with blue chip organisations. Strong coaching and mentoring and administrative skills. The latter is invaluable to Impact Associates as she deals with much of our logistics and organisation.
